deglycyrrhizinated licorice 300 mg.
unripe plantain banana (Musa paradisiaca) 150 mg.
slippery elm (Ulmus fulva) 100 mg.
marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) extract (8:1) 200 mg.
vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 15 mg.

6-8 capsules per day, in divided doses, before meals.
