Indications:
Deficiency of fluids in the intestines presenting with infrequent, difficult bowel movements, dry stool, constipation.

Biomedical Applications:
constipation due to weakness,bad diet, old-age, or post-partum

Standard Dosage:
8 pills, 3 x day.

Clinical Dosage:
Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, a 50% increase in dosage may be used, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. Dose should be increased until a smooth bowel movement is achieved, then reduced to the minimum required to give a result. May be combined with other constitutional formula to address underlying causes of presenting condition. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used safely over the course of several years.
