We at Golden River Acupuncture and Herbs, would like to thank you for stopping by our webpage! Our staff are Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. Each staff member has been certified by the NCCAOM.
The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) is a non-profit organization established in 1982. It currently operates under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue code. Its mission is to establish, assess, and promote recognized standards of competence and safety in acupuncture and Oriental medicine for the protection and benefit of the public.
Golden River Acupuncture and Herbs is a business owned by Dan Regan who is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. We are not just an online business, we treat patients in clinic everyday, and have Master Degrees in Chinese Medicine from accredited Universities.
Chinese Herbs are becoming more and more popular. This is both a good thing and a bad thing. The good side is that many many people are being helped by the great healing properties of this system of health care. The bad side is that people with no herbal experience and no college background are selling Chinese Herbs with only profit in mind. Of course every business needs a profit in order to stay open, however some people will sell products to you that you do not need.
We have tried to make our site easy to navigate and we keep the number of products we sell to a minimum while still offering something for most problems. We keep the Brand names that we use also to a minimum, we do not carry a ton of different brand names in the hope of just selling more product. We carry Brand names that we use in clinic and that are the top quality brand names we believe in. We want quality return customers, over quantity of products sold.
We expanded our services by offering products online due to repeated request by our patients and their friends and families. Our products have helped so many people, and some have moved out of state, and others had family and friends who also were out of state and could not visit our clinic. We decided to offer these products online in an effort to make available Chinese Herbs to people who cannot see us in person. We have had a huge positive response and are helping new customers everyday!
